  • Less than 7 days: No refund.
  • Weekend & Peak Season: Advance payment is non-refundable.
  • Applicable refunds processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Weekend & Peak Season: Advance payment is non-refundable.
  • Any damage, breakage or loss of resort property will be charged as per actual repair/replacement cost.
